Having grown up in the countryside, Nina and Isabel have shared the same passion for gardens since an early age, being this innate connection with nature the main pillar of Nina Gardens.

Nina founded the company over 20 years ago, with the main focus on garden construction. 

In 2017, Isabel helped to expand it by implementing landscape projects. Thus, a Design and Build company was born, developing all stages of a garden creation, from its design to construction and maintenance. 

With Isabel also came Jacaré, the office mascot, who accompanies her everywhere she goes. 

In 2023, Francisca completed the team, bringing with her experience in renowned offices, not only in Portugal, but also in the United Kingdom and Brazil. 

  

Together they share values ​​and defend the same motto: a place always has its history, and this must be preserved.

Nina Gardens' work is based on the fundamentals not only of landscape as heritage, but also, and not least, of biodiversity and site sustainable management. This is the only way to ensure the ecosystems’ protection and, of course, the conscious maintenance of the spaces.

While maintaining the character of the place, Nina Gardens also cares a lot about the client’s needs. "There is an empathy that is born between us and that’s what defines the harmony of the future garden." That is why the relationship with the client is so important to Nina Gardens.
